1. Accepting these terms

By registering for or using Aanand Mangal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who may use the service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally free to marry under the laws that apply to you.
• If you create a profile for someone else, such as a son, daughter or sibling, you confirm you have their consent.
• You may hold only one active profile for the same person.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish. We sign you in with one time codes sent to your email, so keep that mailbox secure and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has reached your account.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or impersonating information.
• Ask any member for money, financial help or bank details.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or repeatedly contact a member who has declined your interest.
• Upload obscene, offensive or copyrighted images.
• Use the service for commercial promotion, recruitment or data collection.
• Scrape, copy or republish profiles or photographs from the site.

5. Content you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a licence to display it to other members as part of running the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we review photos before they appear in search.

6. What we do not promise

We are an introduction platform. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any member's statements are true, or that any conversation will lead to a marriage. Verification badges reflect the documents we were shown; they are not a guarantee of character or intent.

7. Your safety is your responsibility

Please read our safety guide. Verify what you are told independently, involve your family, meet in public places, and never send money to anyone you meet here.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove any profile that breaks these terms, that receives credible reports of misconduct, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent. Where we can, we will tell you why.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to any amount you have paid us. We are not liable for the conduct of other members, whether online or offline.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
